The following penalties are valid on/ after 01 March 2012:

The following penalties are valid on/ before 29 February 2012:
- flights within Russia - Domestic flights
- flights between points of Russia and points of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tadjikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine - CIS flights
- flights between all other countries and points of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tadjikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine including Russia - International flights
Purchasing a ticket for any flight at Rossiya Airlines website a passenger accepts and agrees with the conditions of the chosen transportation namely with the route and the sequence of the flight segments. The violation of the flight segments sequence, no show, and cancellation of any flight segment of the whole route is considered as change of the transportation conditions. In such cases the ticket must be reprised, reissued or refunded according to the fare rule application.
